insurance question

My Daughter lives in the Portland area. She is interested in having gastric by pass surgery. Her insurance (Blue Shield Blue Cross HMO) I think it is, doesn't cover this surgery. She pays $160 a month for this insurance and is interested in changing insurance company's. What insurance company is good to cover the surgery? Providence? I have Tricare Prime and they covered my surgery 2 years ago with no problem. She doesn't qualify for that insurance. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tonya [email protected]

Hello, Providence denied me 3 years ago and I fought and fought to no avail. Kaiser is who did my surgery no problem. Good Luck~~ Sarah
