I have a date!

I saw Dr. Hong yesterday and got my surgery date......June 21st! Next week! I am so excited!

Good luck Dayna! I hope all goes smoothly (I'm sure it will). You will be a loser very soon!! You wrote a great profile. You have a good head on your shoulders - you will do great! I think you are so fortunate to be so young. I wish I had been able to do this at your age, as obesity takes a toll over time. I feel so much better and am able to do so much more, but the joints still complain about all those pounds they carried all of those years. You are going to enjoy your improved health with your daughter! You are in the best of hands with Dr. Hong. We will think of you next week. Keep us posted on your progress. Patty

Well, I regret to say my surgery has now been postponed until I don't know when? Dr. Hong got the report from my GI doctor and because of some problems I have with Ulcerative Colitis he wants to wait. I haven't talked to him yet to find out how long........I am upset but I understand........many have waited much longer than me, I'm just impatient! Thanks both of you for your well wishes, Brandi I'm so happy that you are doing so well! I'll keep you updated!
