REVISIONS?

Does anyone know about getting a revision? What is the normal process? How does the approval process work? Requirements, etc? I had my surgery 2 years ago and have stopped losing - but still weigh over 200 pounds! I have been working hard to lose the old fashioned way, but not getting any results. I want to find out the requirements and other information in case a revision is what I need. I was told quite a while back (by another WLS member who is quite knowledgeable about WLS) that it seemed I might need one. Please share any info you have about a revision, thanks.

I don't know much at all, but there is a message site specifically for revisions that is full of info. I got on it via some post on the main message board, but being ME I cannot tell you at all where it is or how to get to it. I am sure if you asked on the main board they could tell you. It is wondeful to be down 200 pounds! I can imagine your frustration (so close but yet so far away). When you come so far I think it is less easy to say "eh...far enough". To get WLS is a huge committment to regaining your health, and it must be frustrating to not feel like you are in the place you feel you need to be. Good luck in finding out something. Patty
