Good news!!

(can view it in my profile too) I met with my new PCP and she is GREAT!!! She is very supportive and said I'm a great candidate for WLS and that she'll have the letter out to the bariatric nurse next week! I'm making my appointment with the bariatric nurse now, but that was a major hurdle I just went over!!! I had all my testing done (bloodwork and such). Now I just need to meet with the bariactric nurse, the dietician, and a psychologist, get approval, etc. I'm so friggin excited!

Thanks for the replies everyone! I have an appointment with the bariatric nurse next Thursday and she said that medicare doesn't preauthorize so after I see the psychologist I can get setup for pre-op and get a surgery date!!!!
