tueday scared and happy

hi all sorry computer keyboard needs fixing no caps some puncution. gettinmg new keyboard today. ok so that was boring lol. anyway when i went to preop dr mirande had an opening for march 8th. yikes. he said do you want it that day? i said calmly 'oh sure '. then snuck to the bathroom and nearly panicked lol. now i'm trying to cram in foods i love. trying to get house in order and foods and vits i'll need. heating pad etc. i am diabetic type 2 so i worry about being on liquids and my meds. dr. mirande is very thorough we were in his office pre-op from 8 am til 5;30 pm. he showed us video's talked with us for a couple of hours. then we had a nutrition seminar. then so dr. mirande on a one on one. he even gives us his cell phone number to call him anytime. i'm so glad i picked him. well see you all on the other side if there's anything i should bring with me or have ready to make this easier please let me know. by the way my husband works for tsa at the airport he looks through your bags before loading the plane is insurance is nalc it is a gov insurance. keep me in your prayer please. diana

Hi Diana, You're so lucky to be finally getting to your surgery. Mine is scheduled for March 25th and I am getting really nervous and excited too! Just think, you'll be on the "losing" side soon and so much happier. Good luck, Julie
