HELLO OR & WA FRIENDS!!!!

Hi Ya All, It's been awhile since I've been on. Been so busy with work....and home....blah...blah...blah.... Hope all is well with everyone. I would love to get together again sometime after the New Year, so please all keep in touch. Even if I am bad at it!!!! I am so thankful this year to feel as good as I do. I go into this New Year with a NEW LIFE, NEW PERSPECIVE on things.....it's awesome. My weight loss is slow but that's ok. The last time I saw a size 12 was in high school...so I am a happy camper. My health seems better, just having another knee surgery Jan 11th (easy one this time) then I will start to get back in shape. Hope the Holidays find you all Healthy & Happy!
