Three Month Check Up

Well I saw my doctor today and he said I've lost 41 percent of my weight or 46 pounds! I am so happy. I had to have eight little vials of blood drawn and he said if you don't hear from me then everything is fine. I intend to call them back next Tuesday and find out what my hemaglobin A1c is and see if my diabetes is now under control. That will make me excruciatingly happy!

I told the doctor that I just feel so good. It is amazing to me to realize how bad I felt and didn't really know it because I felt like that all the time. Now I know how bad I felt because I feel so good. Does that make a bit of sense???

Anyway, I'm a happy woman and very thankful I was able to have this surgery. Pam

Fabulous Pam! I hope your diabetes numbers come back good. Remember how out of wack they were pre-op? Like you said, I didn't know how bad things really were, until I started to feel so much better. Glad you are feeling so good! Patty
