Do you know of a lawyer?

I had an open RNY in 2000. I lost a lot of weight but have now had a staple line disruption and weight gain. My doctor has sent in paperwork twice for a revision to repair it. I have been denied twice now, by Pacificare. Does anyone know of a lawyer in Oregon helpful with this kind of thing? I only have thirty days to respond to th and half of it is already gone.. Thanks
