Whew

It's been a slammin' coupla weeks for me, soo buisy so stressed, and WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY tell me (including my Dr.) that BC pills make you moody and OH SO nauseous?? Not to mention the Metformin! So between crying and feeling ucky, and school, and work, I haven't checked in as much as I woud like. Still not smoking, which is good and getting pretty easy now, I am thinking about it less and less. It does seem like the board is slowing down a bit lately, whats up w/ that? How is everybody? Anything new and exciting that hasn't been posted yet???? And gals, email me on the next get-together and I think I am ready to handle it. Brandi

Good to see you Brandi. Congrats on the continued non-smoking. I know how rough it can be, but you're right - it does get easier. As for the moodiness of BCP, well, I was a dunce and didn't figure it out for awhile. I also didn't get really sick on the met, but I did have the trots. I haven't had a chance to check the boards much between vacation and then the presidential visit which caused a lot of hoopla. Now I'm sick. Ugh. Dina

Hi there Miss Fairy Angel, I have been so dang busy lately, I have had to check my own drivers license just to make sure I was still me! Between our cookbook making, Spaghetti Feed, upcoming election, and babysitting the nephew (he's 2) I have been meeting myself coming home and leaving. My poor husband, whom doesn't claim to recognize me, is having a hard time remembering what I look like! I'm glad your still not smoking! Congrats!!! Sorry about the mood swings, I have them and I'm not even taking anything! PMS probably, at least that's my story and I'm sticking too it! How is your progress going with your surgery, I'm a bit behind. I haven't been here in over a week! I promise to check in more, as long as you promise to check in too! Catherine
