I have a date & new to this site

Hi everyone , I am really excited about my upcoming surgery. I will meet my surgen on thurs. Anything I should ask? My emotions are all over the board. Im so happy to have found this site, so we can all support one and other and live the life we want. Michele, thanks for your reply, I really need all the support I can get.,As the date draws near I find my knees a little shakey. What food works well after sx? Also when can or should you start excercise? If there was one thing you wish you would of known prior to sx. what would it be? Also do you have some tips about what to do when you are hungry instead of eating? Its so wonderful to have somewhere to go with my questions and concerns. Thanks again for you kindness. Mary

Hi Peg, thanks for your prayers. How do you get your picture on the screen. Id like to do a pre. sx. ? Im really getting nervous/excited as my date draws closer. Is there a chat rm. that people get in, and do you know of any support groups in gresham area? God bless Mary
