The organization is holding its second annual Great Grill Off, Saturday, October 2, 2004 at Hoffman Family Farms in Canby. A full day of excitement is in store as local grill masters turn up the heat to compete for prizes and the title of "BBQ Guru." How it works The contest is limited to 12 participants who will be selected by a professional panel of judges. Sounds great Perry! Good luck on the cook-off. Hoffman Dairy is always a fun place to visit....plus one of the best haunted houses around. Do you have to divulge your recipe to compete? Michele

Michelle, The recipe will be the property of "Oregon Grown Chickens" but I plan to modify it into a WLS verison and post it on the recipe board. I helped James Bliss build the haunted house out there three years ago, it was a hoot! Blessings! -Perry 376/335/249/195 86 Pounds Gone! Perry P.
