Hi Everyone, I hope some post-op or pre-ops with excercise knowledge can help!! I have a pretty large apron that I am trying to get rid of. I look a little funny with thin legs (size 16) and size 28 waist!! I NEED HELP! I know i will eventually have to have ps, but want to look good in the meantime!! Thanks everyone! sweety, I have no answers on this one.. just stuff I have seen from other posters on the main board.. it seems to be that once your pani is stretched out like that there is NO excersize that will help.. it's going to go down in size simply due to weight loss but as for as tighting it up it's not about to happen... "reconstructive surgery" (becareful on calling "any" of these surgerys "plastic" that leads to the whole cosmetic ideas) is going to be the only thing that helps.. I had a abdomenplasty due to my skin disease 2 years before I had WLS so I don't have a pani.. I still need to have "reconstructive" surgery done in the general area (pubic, thighs, ass ect..) but back to the pani, I remember having that lower roll hanging when I was just 15 and weighed 160'i****'s been there as long as I could remember.. there simply was no elasticity in that area (ore anywhere else for that matter) for me.. genetic's suck!! geeze, i have to quit posting today.. all my comments seem to be pretty negative!! and I am not even PMS'ing.. LOL Theresa

I wish I knew how to lose it too! I can't afford 'cosmetic' surgery, but I know I have at least a few sizes and quite a few pounds of panni. It sucks! I think if I am able to refinance my house some day I might try to get that done. Tam

Wow - congratulations on the fantastic rate of loss! As for the apron, well, I'm seriously considering duct tape until I am able to afford to have it lopped off. I'm saving pennies in case insurance won't pay, but I have enough "issues" right now that I think they will maybe pay for it.... Dina
