NEWBIE Needing WLS Buddies

Hi all! Im fairly new to the AMOS site and envy those who seem to have found friends and have get togethers.Im hoping to be able to find the same in my area.So please email me if near Oregon City.I am pre op but on the verge of surgery and am finding the need to connect with those who understand whether pre or post op! Thanks a ton!

theres quite a few of us in the oregon city/gladstone/milwaukie/clackamas area.. and when we have get togethers we tend to stay pretty local.. we havn't had a get together of a bunch of people to just sit around and talk in quite some time.. people are just too busy in the summer time.. plus a few of the ladies just had surgery here in the recent past.. a few others of us have been going out on the weekends dancing and having fun.. feel free to join us for that if you'd like.. I'm hoping to have another sit down get together some time at the end of sept.. maybe on a wed or thurs evening.. just a thought to see if anyone is still intrested. theresa
