Message To All My OH Friends

Hello to absolutely everyone who's messaged or even thought of support for me........thank you from the bottom of of my heart. Each and every comment was appreciated! I need to make this an "overall" statement because our power supply on the home computer died the day after I came home from surgery. It was up long enough to read my mail from home....and then I decided to take a nap and reply to all the messages the next day. That's when it hit! I'm on my laptop at work doing this message. I can't access messages that I initially read at home......gotta love Comcast! Thank you to Nadine and Tammy for updating the board. Nadine...you've been a true angel to me, checking in before and after and posting my progress.....gracias muchacha! Tammy, what a surprise to hear from you in the hospital and that you were kind enough to make some posts.....thank you! And Shelley...thank you for visiting me...what a wonderful surprise! I came home Thursday afternoon and have been feeling pretty good, considering I didn't have a BM so I was really bloated and tight feeling. I have slept alot and struggled at getting in the protein requirements, but I do better everyday and FEEL better as well! I had a check-up w/Dr. Eubanks yesterday....everything is "picture perfect" aside from no BM. He told me I could take some Phillips MOM, and that helped greatly. I've also had pain just to the left of one incision and he explained that was actually normaly too....it's generally one side or the other and it's attributed to grabbing a nerve during the stitching.....it will diminish. What's up with the "breath of death" burping? I didn't realize it would be that much or that bad! I can really clear a room.....or at least stink it up right now! I probably won't post again until after I get back from vacation..8/8 or 8/9. Everyone take care and remember......you are all loved! Hey girlie, glad your doing great and have an awesome time on vacation.. as brandi said take lots of pic's for us. sorry I wasn't able to come to see you at the hospital. I have clients now and simply can't leave all that much!! let us know when you get back!! theresa
