Hello Everyone! How does Friday night sound?

I have been in the busy corner too. My daughter is graduating from 8th grade tomorrow and my son is graduating from high school on Monday. Oh my word....how did I get to be this old. They surely can't be that old...cause I feel 25 again thanks to WLS! Okay...so we know everyone is busy...but are we gonna get together this week? I think Friday would be great!! Woohoooooooooo...Michele....you and I could have some fun girl! Okay....let's go to Stanley's Corner again....but ladies...we need to find something a bit more upscale. That place is a dive! Hey shelley... whoo hoo, I am there. I wasn't going to ask this week.. (didn't want to be too much of a nag.. LOL) but since you are whoooooooo hoooooooo.. stanelys is good.. for talking and getting know to each other.. but for another place what do you have in mind in doing? dancing? singing? laughing? (oh wait we can do that *ANYWHERE*) spill it.. what are YOU up for??? I went to petes lair last friday night.. it's a dive bar that had karokee on friday nights.. the outside looks like a biker bar.. to my total surprise EVERYONE in there was really nice. the ages were from 21 to 65'ish? not a biker bar at all.. I had a BLAST.. my date boared me to tears so I had fun with everyone else.. actually I was suppose to go there friday night again.... LOL (not with my orginal date... LOL) I just wanna have some fun.. don't care where!!!! Theresa

AAAHHHHHH!!! This Friday is out for me. CRAP! I am singing at the wedding of one of my best friends and the rehearsal is Friday! The following friday is out as I will be traveling to Eugene to attend the graduation at U of O. I would MUCH rather be singing at a Kareoke bar with THERESA!! Sister, we're doing it....and soon!! I abolutely adored meeting everyone. I agree with Theresa, we should do this on a regular basis! I loved your post, Theresa, about how it wasn't a "support" group....just people with common ground hanging out. I love it! Shelly....sister....you rock for getting people together again. I so want to attend, but alas! I'll be there in a couple of weeks! Save me a spot! -Mary P
