June 1 date; insurance not paying!

Weel, I got a call from the surgeons office on Friday. 3DAYS BEFORE MY SURGERY! The letter from the insurance company was not clear on my appeal reversal. It was confusing, but convinceing. The dr. office read the small print, called them and found out I AM NOT COVERED! cALLED HUBBY AND TOLD HIM. wE WERE SOOOOOOOOOOOO UPSET! wE DISCUSSED IT and decided to go ahead and be self pay! i can get some of it from my 402k plan, but the rest will have to be on VISA! We decided I have come too far to quit now. I could never have done it thout my husband's support, and his FINACIAL SUPPORT. Wow, what a hecktic last few days. I do have to pay 60% down on addmittance, and ALL the surgeons fees. Scary! Wish me luck! Joan

Good luck Joan! That is not the way it was supposed to happen though! So many people have not hesitated to pay or pay off $30,000. for a van or S.U.V., and this expense is going to change your life and make you live and feel so much more healthy.
