If you want to get rid of things you don't want And get free stuff you Do want, there is a 'freecyce' message board on Yahoo. I It's a group of people who give stuff they would ordinarily donate to the Goodwill directly to the people who want it. I LOVE Freecycling! Just spent the weekend in Bend giving the entire contents of our storage unit -- glass and glassworking machinery -- to a young artist just starting his first glass studio! He was ecstatic, we know my late MIL's glass will be appreciated... Thanks for posting this, I'm really encouraging everyone I know to Freecycle. Also, it's national, so tell your friends!!! Maria
