Day 3 check in
Okay...here goes.
Breakfast--scrambled eggs, ham, sausage and cheese is small tortilla
Lunch-- split steak fingers,tomatoes and chips and salsa with the kiddos...what was I thinking??? Just out runnin'and thats what we had....
Supper--REDEMPTION....fabulous grilled pork chop and green beans.
Snacks--ALMONDS..yeah me!!! no pretzels!!!
CONFESSION: I had 5-6 hershey's kisses...DAMN the CHOCOLATE BEAST!!!
What Gym are you a member of??? I go to 24hr fitness...was a personal trainer and water ex instructor in Ks for 4 yrs before we moved....tired of going by myself!!!
