I started out as a "lightweight" so my weight loss has not been as dramatic as some, but today I stepped on the scale and realized I had finally hit 75 pounds GONE!  I am not missing those pounds one bit, although my skin is a bit sorry looking for the loss.  I feel amazingly good! Linda

Way to go Linda!! Time goes by fast does'nt it?  I started out on my journey February 23, 2005 and I am down 286 lbs all together.  I feel marvelous, I still have little aches and pains here and there, but working out 3x a week has made me stronger.  I still have a whole pile of jello to get rid of,  But I don't regret any of what I have done. Keep up the good work, Peggy

Thanks Peggy - the jello is a bit hard to deal with at times, but I'll take it over the struggling for breath and trying to squeeze into a little chair any day.  Life is really good. Linda

YAY Linda!!! Doesn't it feel good be lighter!  75 is a huge number for a  "lightweight".  I find the lower I get in numbers the harder  and longer it takes to get a pound off....although I really notice it when I have lost a couple of pounds.....I never noticed that in the past.   anyhoo good for you!!! debra

Thanks!  It's just awful, but when I notice some other body part has begun to look droopy or saggy, I figure it's time to get on the scale.  And then, yes -- there are more pounds gone.  I'm trying to fill some of this skin back up with muscle, but I know it won't all go away.  I'm just glad to be rid of a lot of fat.
