oneyear ago I started this journey and Im loving the change

Great job Kelly, wayto go!!!  How wonderfull to be able to love exercise..... I still struggle with that...as i too hate the treadmill.   i can't wait until the rain goes away a bit so i can be outside and enjoy hiking and walking more.....I am a sissy when it comes to weather.  Isn't it great to be only a year out and have come so far!  I can't wait until there is another breakfast.  debra
