Can't update ticker. HELP!

I can't figure it out!  I've tried double clicking on it - doesn't work - I'm getting really disgusted.  What am I doing wrong?  Am I double clicking in the wrong spot, lol.  I am so NOT computer savy

Look over to the left, and see the user settings, click into that.  Where you signature appears, scroll down and try copying and pasting your ticker.  Hope that makes sense? 
I am not the most computer literate person there is, so hope it works. Not sure if this will help your not, but I just went to my ticker site and made a new ticker, then cut and pasted.  I,of course, deleted the old ticker on the OH site...and boom, an updated ticker... If that doesn't work,let me know and perhaps I can give a better answer.
