Lap Band Meeting 1/19/08 :)

Im sorry its been so long since we have had a meeting :(, some times life gets so crazy .   We'll be meeting at the Corner Stone coffee Shop in McMinnville  at 10am 1/19   We'll be setting some personal goals to move our weight loss  from good to great and we'll set the whole years scehdule for the  meetings. Im looking forward to catching up with everyone :)  Gail
