Can you tell me if you had insurance cover your wls who it was and if it was a personal or group plan?

Insurance through my husband's employer paid for my surgery and my subsequent follow ups and fills. Lori

my insurance is covering surgery as long as I qualify. It's a group plan. I'm employed by the state of oregon
