Achiev One in Oregon?

Hey Y'all, Please excuse my butting in here but I'm going nuts!  I'm flying from Phoenix into Portland for the week of Thanksgiving and I want to have enough Achiev One to last me for the week (at least one case).  I have searched all over the internet and have not been able to track down a store that sells it.  If I buy it on the internet and ship it, the cost is about double of what I pay in the store. Can anyone tell me how to get this in OR???  I will be driving from Portland south along I-5 to a place about an hour south of Eugene, so anywhere along that route would work for me. I can't bring it in my suitcase because it's packed in glass bottles and you know the airline will break them, right?  AND they won't let me carry it onto the plane myself because of security issues. Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated. Dj in Phx

I live about an hr south of Eugene. I have to go to Roseburg tomorrow so will check out some stores to see if I can find it.  I don't use it so not familiar with it but will let you know if I have any success.

Can you buy it and then pack it really well and then ship it to where you are going?  I have never heard of it here (Eugene).  Is it a protein supplement?  What kind of store do you buy it at?  We (in Eugene) have a lot of natural/organic type places so if that is where you get it, let me know and I will look for you. Hope you get some help.. Tara

Grammabarb, Where are you?  My in-laws live in Drain & my husband grew up in  Curtin.  We are considering moving to Oakland when we retire but haven't decided for sure.  We will reach retirement in less than four years and won't be quite 50, so we have a lot of options.  I'm a military brat but have spent most of my life in Phoenix & I hate it here.  It's too hot, too crowded & too polluted.  This week the highs have been about 95 degrees.  That's too darn hot, especially for NOVEMBER!!!  Each time we go visit my husband's family, I want to stay.  Maybe it will happen one day? Thanks again for your response and let me know if you find anything in Roseburg.  I'm sure my mom-in-law would track it down for me but I don't want to send her off on a wild goose chase.  If I am successful at importing it in my suitcase, I'll bring an extra bottle for you if you really want to try it.  As far as I'm concerned, it's "da bomb!" Happy shopping, Dj

Well, no luck in Roseburg at the places I looked. I don't recall ever seeing it here.  I have had good luck with EAS advantage which is at Walmart and I am happy with so haven't searched further. I live in Sutherlin now but grew up in Oakland.  It is a very nice little town and had a great childhood there.  Of course, Drain was always a rival in sports!  There are quite a few homes for sale in Oakland now which wasn't the case when I was looking to buy so ended up 3 miles away.  I can't imagine living in AZ - way too hot for my tastes.  My son was working in Chandler building an Intel facility so visited him in Feb - was an interesting place to visit but not to live.  Hope you can manage to get your supply up here - know how important it is to stay on track.  Congratulations on your weight loss.  My material was sent to the insurance co earlier this week so hoping for surgery in early Dec.  Am looking forward to being more mobile and less strain on my joints! Have a great Thanksgiving. Started raining last evening - really more showers than rain but this is winter in the great Northwest after all! bj

Grammabarb, Tara & Laurie,

Thank you all for your response.  I will call the company on Monday and see what they have to say.  I buy it locally at a chain of health-food stores called Hi Health but it doesn't look like there are any Hi Health stores outside of Arizona.

I have found a couple of places on line that will ship it but the shipping charge is rediculous!  One place charged $29 per 12 bottle case and an additional $18 to ship it UPS ground!

If I can't find a source in OR, I will wrap them up as well as I can and put them in my suitcase.

They are a protein supplement that is similar in taste to the Starbucks Frapuccino.  Each bottle has 120 calories, 0 fat, 5 carbs and 20 grams of protein.  It is my favorite protein by far and when I have traveled in the past, I tried to switch to a powdered version but I just don't like them so I don't do as much as I should. Anyway, I will let y'all know what the company has to say so that you can try it too, if you want.  For me, it is the only thing I want.  If it wasn't for Acheiv One, I would not get all of my protein & I know that is what helps me maintain my weight loss. Thanks again, Dj
