Cardio is good to go

Went to the Cardiologist today. He had the nurse run an EKG strip. Then he came in and listened to the ol' ticker. He told me I was good to go and wished me luck on the surgery and weight loss. Now just waiting for final approval from insurance. I also ran upstairs to the Bariatric Center and told them and weighed in. Down another 2 lbs to a svelt 409. 10 lbs to go to make my goal for surgery. (I want to be under 400, even if only by a pound.)
