2 ???'s for Kaiser patients in Portland

Can someone tell me when the different support group meetings are at the different locations? Also, has anyone here had an iron IV at east Interstate?  I need to schedule one and I'm wondering how long it takes, do they give benedryl first, is it comfortable there, what kind of supervision is there in case you have a reaction, what is there for you - are there tv monitors?  What can you bring?  Laptop, ipod, etc?

Wendy: There is a support group meeting for Kaiser at Sunnybrooke, just next to Kaiser Sunnyside hospital, the last Saturday of each month, it is in the conference rooms there,  There is a post-op group that starts at 9am,  The pre-op group meets at 10am usually runs till about noon. I don't know about  anything that goes on over at Interstate.  This meeting is very comfortable, feel free to bring snacks with you.
