Curves...exercise for women...anyone have info?

I'll be honest with you. I loved it, but was taken off due to problems with my knees. And NOT because I am overweight. A women at my church, thin... had the same thing happen. My PCP said he does not endorse CURVES as their machines are designed for the "average" body size. Not meaning weight. Average body size like torso, length of legs, etc. See, the problem comes from that you can't adjust the machines to your body. So, if you're short legged, you'll struggle more. If you're short waisted you'll struggle on different machines.
Again, I loved it... and wished I could have stayed. I loved the atmosphere, and it was very very comfortable. So if it works for you... stick with it!
