Eugene Breakfast

Somewhere floating around in my head is the idea that the Eugene/Springfield people set up a breakfast meet and greet. Is this correct or am I just imagining it? If it is correct what date, time and location was decided upon? Thanks. Kathy

Can someone from the other side of the state meet you??? I am going to be in Eugene this next weekend and would love to meet you all. I know where Gateway is and I love Elmers, they let you eat off the senior meal even when you are not a senior LOL....Let me know if I can attend.....Sonya

Hi Sonya, You bet! This is our first "organized" meeting and no one in particular is a Leader in here. We are just a group of people that are trying to kick this idea off and get together with those on this road or even considering having WLS. You are most welcomed. Hope to see you there! Darla

Sonya, I am not Darla but I am sure I can speak for her and the rest of us--it would be absolutely wonderful to meet you there. This will be our first breakfast and anyone is welcome. Never thought we would have anyone from so far away. We just thought it would be great to meet, in person, those of us who talk on this board. I just wanted to say that I've been reading these posts about breakfast and I'd really love to join you, but I'm having my first plastic surgery this month and I'm traveling to Southern California, so I really can't take that much time right now, but I'm thinking about you guys!
