Days in Hospital?

Can anyone tell me about the amount of days you spend in the hospital before being released to go home? I am thinking that it is around 2 days or so.

Michelle it will really be dependant upon your surgeon, the type of procedure you have and how you respond. I had lap RNY and was out in 33 hours, however that is not normal. It is normally considered a 3 days stay. I would ask your surgeon what he thinks is normal for his type of procedure. Pat
