To encourage ladies to come out of their closets and resume normal exchanges, there will be a door prize!!! You will have to be there to claim the prize but it will be a good one and worth the effort!?

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with hair loss. It can be a devastating and difficult thing to go through.
It's great that you're taking biotin, as it can help promote hair growth and strength. You may also want to consider procedures at https://onsitemedspa.com/med-spa-services-in-calabasas-ca/bo tox-treatment-in-calabasas-ca/ to strengthen your hair. I hope that helps you!

Well my beautiful hair is GONE - before surgery I had very thick wavy/curly hair well past my hips.... struggled with massive hair loss (and yes, tried biotin, nioxin and have a healthy, balanced diet)- now, three years later after cutting, cutting, cutting, threw in the towel and my hair is just touching my shoulders. My hair loss has lessened and overall, definitely thicker and more healthy than it was but area around my forehead never filled in properly. Will see how it grows from here on - but literally lost 3 feet of hair :(

Make sure you take the calcium citrate with vitamin D to enhance absorption. There are some liquid versions of calcium citrate and vitamin D that I have found at health food stores. Tend to cost a bit more, but more pleasant than the "horse pills" as another poster aptly described them.

Hope things prove with this condition or at the least don't get worse.

Hi LexxiBlue,

Thank you so kindly! LexxiBlue, eat in moderation and smaller portion of all your food intakes. You have to keep the mindset strongly motivated.... Just be mindful of your food intakes each day. Get a journal to record all your food intakes this will help have control of your foods intake that you record in your daily journal and what foods to avoid. In life we have to continue move forward, this what makes us stay focus, overcome challenges and inspire others to overcome their challenges. Our weight loss journey is about one day at a time.

You take care of you Lexxiblue!!!
