Well my beautiful hair is GONE - before surgery I had very thick wavy/curly hair well past my hips.... struggled with massive hair loss (and yes, tried biotin, nioxin and have a healthy, balanced diet)- now, three years later after cutting, cutting, cutting, threw in the towel and my hair is just touching my shoulders. My hair loss has lessened and overall, definitely thicker and more healthy than it was but area around my forehead never filled in properly. Will see how it grows from here on - but literally lost 3 feet of hair :(

Make sure you take the calcium citrate with vitamin D to enhance absorption. There are some liquid versions of calcium citrate and vitamin D that I have found at health food stores. Tend to cost a bit more, but more pleasant than the "horse pills" as another poster aptly described them.

Hope things prove with this condition or at the least don't get worse.

Hi LexxiBlue,

Thank you so kindly! LexxiBlue, eat in moderation and smaller portion of all your food intakes. You have to keep the mindset strongly motivated.... Just be mindful of your food intakes each day. Hey Lexxi. We had to stop the exchanges for 2 years, thanks to COVID. This is the first one back.

I'm doing okay. Down to 220. 3 lbs to get to my previous lowest weight. 40 away from my goal of 180. :D

Sorry you are not around to join us! And I agree, FB has taken over! :(

Take care and find me on FB!

Congratulations to you CeCe.... hard word and a great attitude keeps us going!!! Good for you!!! I'm a "lifer"... had surgery in 2011... can't say i didn't have a regain.. that would be a lie.. but i'm working on it... and covid wasn't nice to me.. nor was the incident happening 2 weeks after we moved to Belleville from Hamilton.. but life goes on and so do i.... one day at a time...

take care of you...

Lexxi
