Topic: RE: Hair loss

I've lost a LOT OF hair too - and it is stressful :( - I tried biotin and didn't help and it impacts your blood results so you have to stop several weeks before you get your bloodwork done. I ended up not bothering as I didn't see a difference regardless. I am now 13 months post-surgery and I am noticing a LITTLE improvement - not a lot. My ONE braid is now thinner than any one of the THREE braids I USED to put in my hair (hair was too thick for ONE only back in the day). I can't regret the surgery - I feel so much better physically - health-wise but yeah, mourning my hair loss. My hair is past my butt and I was considering chopping it off above my shoulder but then the pandemic hit....

Please keep me in the loop if you happen to find a doctor who will take you on. My nurse practitioner has sent through several referrals on my behalf but we still have not found someone who will even give me a consult. VERY frustrating when excess abdominal skin is causing problems as well as blocking further progress with better health and fitness.

Best of luck!

What matters most is that you have a doctor who is willing to do the paperwork. That's key. Few want to work with Ohip at all. Some will just fill out papers poorly because they don't really want to work with Ohip.

then you must MENTION rashes

I've recently installed premium streaming apps, including Netflix. So, I'm looking for the recommendations now. I should say, this channel has become very popular (I haven't had it for several months). I read that it introduced more than 60 new things last month. And it is not easy to choose a goodone to watch when visiting the site. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll watch "fat, sick, and nearly dead".

I totally understand where you are coming from with the mental health and the weight loss.i have my own troubles with mental health. Psychotropic meds tend to put on weight. Try what the others have suggested. I am in your corner.
