I did lots of soup. Cream soups that I pureed. Also my protein shakes - Premier Protein. I think yogurt was in there as well. It just can't have chunks of fruit. I had skyr. Higher protein than regular greek. I also drank milk.

January 16th is my one year surgiversary!

Good Luck!

That is awesome congratulations. I'm at the beginning stages of this program. Orientation was on November 5, nutritional class is on December 21. It is so nice reading some of these success stories. It gives me some hope that I too can share a success story in the future. Congratulations again that is truly a remarkable milestone.

The goals they set tend to be quite high. I was told at 3 months post op I was where they wanted me (?!?!?!?) I've lost an additional 45 since then and am still going down.

Don't let what they consider a success make you think you can't hit your numbers too.

So today was A DAY.

I stepped on the scale and officially have lost 100lbs (actually 101.3 if we are being specific)

And I am in shock. From September until November I was in a pretty big stall. So I stopped getting on the scale and just kept working my program. And then these last 3 weeks the weight just started melting off again.

I am just shy of 9 months since surgery, and am literally a whole new person.

Just wanted to share for those still on the journey. Push through those stalls. Work the program.
