You have such a healthy outlook towards food now, and your level of energy for gym, for life, for everything never ceases to amaze me.

It happens. I was laying on the table and still second guessing my decision and telling myself I could get up and walk away from it.

almost 2 years later, besides my children and my hubby - it's the best decision I've ever made.

Has anyone tried the pouch reset? I'm 4 years post op. Have gained about 15 pounds and got back into some bad habits. Thinking about doing reset in new year. Love some feedback:)

Good morning :)

Not much planned today. My parents are here until tomorrow and then they are going to stay with my sister for a couple days. I have to take puppy 1 to the vet for a needle this afternoon. She loves going for car rides but then wants to go home when she realizes we are at the vet. Four paws, full stop at the door.

QOTD: did you have pets growing up? We briefly had a puppy when I was very little but my mom had a few issues with it. We got another dog when I was about 8 that we had for a very long time. He was the best dog. His favourite thing was chasing bubbles until he just about passed out from exhaustion. Now we have two pups of our own :) one is very sassy and the other is very very sweet.

Post-op three years and nine months.

Breakfast 1 - oatmeal bites

Breakfast 2 - protein bar

Snack - Greek yogurt and blueberries

Lunch - cabbage roll casserole

Snack - melba and PB

Dinner - tbd

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.
