hey all I finally received my copy of weight loss surgery for dummies today and its very imformative iam already on chapter 12. It has reaffirmed and strengthened my decision to have WLS I now know the difference in the different 2 roux - en- y distal and proximal something i didn't know b4. I do recommend this book to newbies wanting information on WLS Dannette

Great Minds Think Alike!! I just recieved my copy of WLS For Dummies last week through Chapters online. I agree there is alot of information and well worth the price.

it is a great book it is helping my to strengthen my decision to have weight loss surgery and its also helping my mother understand what happens my 2 best friends want to read it as well so they will both understand what iam going to be going thu. Dannette

hey Liana I think it was worth the wait it has little tips and hints stories from other WLS patients this book has definately strengthened my decision to have the surgery now if I could get eveybody else's a$$ in gear I may get my OHIP papers in for approval. Dannette

hey joyce the book i think anway is worth the wait it strengthened my decision to have the surgery and I think it will also make post ops glad they went ahead and had the surgery to. now if I can get everybody else's a$$ in gear and get my papers into ohip for approval. my mother is beginning to now understand with the help of this book to.
