PLEASE Recommend PLASTIC SURGEONS in Ontario through OHIP for SKIN REMOVAL

I had a SUCCESSFUL SLEEVE bypass surgery in Feb 2019 and LOST 120 lbs. NOW I am trying to FIND a EXCELLENT PLASTIC SURGEON in Ontario covered by OHIP to PERFORM ACCESS SKIN REMOVAL. PLEASE SHARE your EXPERIENCES and GUIDANCE.
