What are you doing/eating Tuesday?
Good morning all,
Boy do I hate when the time changes... it takes me a couple weeks to adjust. Today should be a pretty normal day workwise. Tonight I'm with my trainer at the gym and may do hydro massage just for fun.
B - Kaizen protein shake
S - greek yogurt
L - shrimp won ton soup
S - raw veggies/roasted red pepper hummus
D - eggs & peameal bacon
S - turkey pepperettes
All vitamins & 2.5L water
