What are you doing/eating Thursday?
Good morning menu lurkers
I'm a bit late posting but figured I'd still make an effort. I think it's just a normal workday and then I have a session with the trainer tonight. Wish me luck because he likes to do supersets twice in a week so that is what I expect tonight.
B - Kaizen protein shake
S - boiled egg
L - chicken skewers
S - greek yogurt
D - probably just a soup of some sort
S - Neocitron (still trying to keep this cold from kicking in)
All vitamins and 2.5 - 3 L water
