What are you doing/eating Wednesday?
Good morning all,
Yesterday was nuts as I was training a new girl for our office then headed straight to the gym for a session with my trainer. I was feeling a cold coming on so had taken some Tylenol cold but figured a workout might be fine... well he had a superset session planned and man did I sweat! I had a soup once I got home and then sipped some Neocitron in hopes I can kick the cold before it latches on.
B - Kaizen protein shake
S - 1/2 apple with light PB
L - lentil/veggie soup with a couple crackers
S - turkey pepperettes
D - rotisserie chicken, salad
S - greek yogurt (if hungry) but likely just Neocitron
All vitamins and 2.5 L water
