Under goal and now the next chapter of keeping the weight off for rest of my life
So, finally under goal - so happy for me; plan to get down to 5 pounds under goal to have some room for little ups and downs on the scale; my clothes will let me know too - still hard to believe I'm wearing small/medium stuff and size 8 pants (just bought jeans in size 28 - still blows my mind!)
Anyhow, now I need to figure out how many calories will be my daily goal - past 4 months I've been between 850 - 950 and still losing weight; also depends on how much exercise I did that day - I try to balance the two out; I have my 1 year follow up tomorrow so I'm sure the team will help me determine.
Meals for today:
B: 2 poached eggs on WW bread; coffee
L: protein bar, some almonds, Gala apple (out at movies, so packed my meal)
D: Homemade meatloaf, 1 slice Power source bread, sugar snap peas with roasted red pepper dip
S: decaf tea; babybel cheese maybe some cottage cheese before bed
Did 3 long walks today, so tend to eat a little more carbs but make sure they have higher protein/no sugar - so far this works for me.

Congrats!
And, those meals sound delicious.
It's nice to see a success story!

They will most likely want you to increase your calories and change up your macros a bit.
I'll be 2 years out January 16th and maintaining a 155 lb loss on between 1,200 to 1,400 calories per day.
You just continue eating the way you have been instructed and add some calories back.
Congratulations on your success.

Thank you for your response.
I did my one year follow up and Dietician seemed surprised I was only eating 850 calories, which surprised me that she was surprised; kind of weird - as that was what I was told to eat around and to get 80 grams of protein in; she would not specify how much more I should be eating but when I pressed for a range she said 1200-1400 and up protein to 90 if possible - so sounds like what you are eating; basically the take away was to stop losing anymore weight and work on maintaining now;
I just need to adjust my mind set to start eating more; I've been accepted into a 6 week tele health over the phone therapy to stay on track, so hope that will help me get my head around eating more (but not going over); I will just continue to log everyday my food intake - that should keep me on track.
Congrats on your continued maintaining of your weight loss - amazing!
