What are you eating/doing Tuesday?
Good morning all ;)
Work has been extremely busy so I've slacked on posting my menu. Tonight I'm back to the gym and want to have a good result when I go for my 1 year appointment so will do my best to post here more often. It keeps me accountable.
B - protein shake
S - PB and soda crackers, turkey pepperette
L - Lilydale grilled chicken breast, small apple
S - turkey pepperettes
D - ginger soy chicken thigh, broccoli
S - roasted red pepper hummus, sweet potato crackers
