What are you eating/doing Thursday?
Wow Thursday already! After a holiday it seems like it's catch up for a few days. I have no big plans today except for hitting the gym after work.
B - egg bites
S - 2 slices turkey
L - chicken skewers, cauliflower
S - sweet potato crackers, roasted red pepper hummus
D - protein shake (after gym)
S - yogurt with part of a peach
