What are you eating/doing Thursday?
Hello everyone. Last night was another gym night and I can feel my shoulders and legs today so I guess it must be working. Tonight I get a little break with a hair appointment which will be nice.
B - protein shake
S - boiled egg
L - rotisserie chicken, lettuce, grainy mustard wrap
S - low fat SF bran muffin, cheese
D - peel & eat shrimp, seafood sauce
S - yogurt
