Hi everyone, I am having my rny surgery January 16th. I am getting 3 small cavities filled on January 8th and a crown prep. on January 14th and the crown on January 15th. Will dental work be a problem before surgery?

That would be a question for your surgeon. I don't see why it would it's not like you'll be eating much after your surgery!! But it wouldn't hurt to check in with your medical team to see about any interactions between the freezing for dental work and anesthetic.

All they asked me on my surgery day was if I had any loose teeth or implants. i too was undergoing crown prep and had no issues.

There won't be any problems, don't worry. If you don't have serious dental issues that require more care and attention from a specialist, there won't be any risks. I'm more than sure you could use some help from https://www.bridgedentalsmiles.co.uk/treatments/dental-impla nts/. This dentist will definitely be able to tell you about all the issues related to this case. I go to them all the time because I trust the health of my teeth and mouth. The result of their work I have already seen, and it was pretty high quality. Considering that they can perform some procedures before the surgery, you shouldn't have any problems.
