Got my surgery date!

First time poster (long time lurker in the background ), and now I really feel like I'm joining the team. It's like I've been sitting offside, waiting to get on the bench. I got the call today, and my surgery has been scheduled for January 15th. I start 2 weeks of optifast on January 1st and I can't think of a better way to start off the New Year! I'm beyond excited and so looking forward to finding the new, healthy me.

How exciting! You must be so happy and ready to get it going. You can enjoy the holidays now and know you will be on a whole new path in the new year. Congratulations!!

Thank you. I am ready and so excited. The timing couldn't be better as ihave family coming from out of town, and I can really enjoy the holidays with them.

I'm going through the London clinic at UH

That is soooooooooo great!!! I'm from London and I went through Guelph as there wasn't a clinic in London when I started. I just found out this week that they are in London! All the best for your surgery!!!
