I hear a lot of people supplement with biotin. Some take as much as 10,000 mg per day.

As for the pomegranates, how far out are you? I never had a problem with nuts or seeds but some do. You won't know until you try....let us know how it goes.

I read somewhere that biotin is the 'mortar' and protien is the 'bricks' so be sure to get both in. I noticed an improvement once I started on the biotin, but you for sure need to be sure you're getting enough protein (as we all should be anyway :) )

I wound up chopping off most of my long hair (which I swore I wouldn't do) and love it. I have a lot of 'baby hair' growth coming in, but I can tell it's thickening up again. Just keep reminding yourself that you notice the hair loss more than anyone else does.. and it will stop :)

Good luck!
