I'm going to be doing my pre-surgery fast December 21 to January 3rd (Jan 4th surgery). So Christmas and New Years will be shakes. Any holiday themed shakes ideas? I have mostly vanilla and a few chocolate. How can I finesse my shakes to taste like something from Starbucks? Oh yeah, I'm allergic to aspartame.

If you are allergic to aspartame then I imagine you will be doing the Slim Time shakes? I did those and they were yummy!
Suggestions:
Add pumpkin spice (just the ground spice) to vanilla. This was my favourite.
For a candy cane hot chocolate type thing warm up your chocolate shake and add peppermint extract. You can also add instant coffee to make it like a peppermint mocha. Festive!
Also highly recommend making the chocolate with much less water to make a chocolate pudding consistency. Tasted like brownie batter and made me feel like I was actually EATING something!!

Hey, slightly off topic, but how much weight did you lose during your slim time fast? I know Slim time is more calories than opti, so wonder if it makes difference or not (since both are under 1000 cals a day).
