Good morning Menu Gang. This morning DH and I are heading out of town. My leg is feeling better and we are going to head to the lakeside.

Accountability: Much better

QOTD: Are you carving a pumpkin? I may do the quick buy a white pumpkin and make a boo ghost face.


The eats today at 4 years post op are:

B, Egg and bacon

L. Hoping for Creole Shrimp

D. Protein and Veg at a restaurant - maybe steak

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Morning CC!! Have a great weekend, hopefully the weather is good at the lake!!

No pumpkin at my house!!

I really didn't want to come to work this morning but here I am.....sigh.

B - 1/2 bagel, 1 egg, cheese slice, turkey slice

S - raspberries

L - meatballs/sauce

S - cucumbers

D - tacos (with cheese shells)

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning :)

My mom came down for the weekend to see the little nugget. We are going to do a couple small errands like getting some groceries for the weekend. My brother is coming over on Sunday. I'm hoping to have a solid nap today.

QOTD: I bought two pumpkins -- a little one for Keira and a regular one. The Little one went mouldy and squirrels got the big one, so I might have to get another one for Tuesday. Darn those squirrels lol.

Post-op three years and seven months.

Breakfast - mini muffin, protein bar

Snack - Greek yogurt

Lunch - turkey pepperettes and cheese

Snack - apple and PB

Dinner - leftover beef roast

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Good morning All,

I didn't want to come to work today either but its a half day so I dragged myself in.

The will be lots of decorating and pumpkin carving happening at our house this weekend.

B- Atkins protein bar

L- Nothing... I am fasting for metabolic testing

D- Grilled veggies and bbq steak

S- carrots and cucumber with hummus
