I thought asparagus season was in late July, but I saw some in Sobeys This week. I like grilled asparagus on salad, or under Eggs Benedict.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Asparagus season is in the spring,,, usually April, May depending on rain and heat. We are lucky enough to just be able to walk the roadsides and ditch banks picking as much as we want! YUMMMM

B. I had cream of wheat with skim milk powder

L. stewed chicken legs with brown rice and sauteed vegetables

D. Probably same as lunch

Snack . Yogurt, Protein bar and Clementine
