It's best to call your Centre as ask the nurse. Although it is not dangerously low you should call and check. Are you drinking enough water?

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Mine did initially. After a few years it got more "normal". But even now, HBR at 55-60 is kind of normal for me.
When I get really high HBR - it is now often a side effect to my food allergies or intolerances. When my HBR gets into 70's - that to me indicates very high stress.

Always check with your team. But I do know my RHR has dropped quite a bit since surgery.

Mine dropped to around 62 per minute. I've been watching it fall with my fitbit info. It's been very interesting.
